After working with insurance companies and lawyers, we realized not a single waiver platform actually followed U.S. eSign compliance — besides general eSignature giants like DocuSign. So we built OtterWaiver, the first waiver and document system designed from the ground up for true legal compliance.
We engineered smart forms that auto‑populate legal documents, ensure correct text size, spacing, and margins, and maintain a stronger audit trail than most eSignature tools. It became not just a way to sign waivers — but a smarter, faster way to manage thousands of compliant digital agreements.
